On April 30th, 2014, Christine Gaspar, CUP's Executive Director, spoke at NYU's Department of Social and Cultural Analysis' series Picturing Place.
In the talk, Christine spoke about the work of CUP and how design and art can be used as democratic tools empowering communities, in the process, to advocate for their own needs.
